The macdonalds In amanzimtoti has service standards more pathetic than anything I've experienced. The staff don't have proper communication skills .they take your order with English fit for a 2nd grader . Listening skills is on 3rd grade level . And to top it all off you have beggars your window while you order. The whole environment is poorly managed. Please consider an entire new set off staff who don't yawn when you making payments , who don't have a stiff attitude and some false sense of entitement .poor poor poor
