Macdonalds

I had too many bad experiences with McDonald's Westgate mall Mitchell's Plain as well as McDonald's Promenade, Mitchell's Plain. I contacted the head office couldn't get through after trying on numerous occasions. I emailed them, I even left a message on their website.... and still no response. What do a person do to get a well deserved experience....it's not like you not paying for your food....
