I'd like to take you through my journey this evening. I suffer from chronic back pain. I left work at 3:30 to see my doctor who has given me further bad news, I finished at the doctor about 7 and as a mother of 3 my kids need to eat and get enough rest for school and bought them the nazo meals. I ordered at the little machine all good and rang up my order. At the payment window I was then told no zero cooldrinks available that come with the meals. I advised this was not shared to me and coannot pay extra it's the 15th and the budget is low.the staff member on my request called the manager which at that point did not pitch but the staff member said it's fine she will ring up bottles of water and at the windows they will give me other cool drinks. Now I am at the windows where I need to collect the manger Romeo then comes and I explain the agreement and he says they cannot do this I explained that this was already agrees upon and he then said hive me the meals and I'll refund it. So I was standing in the drive through for an hour and this was his solution. I told him his making their shortage my issue and nees to resolve it. He kept saying apologize and this is not allowed and sticked to his script where I told him I'm not a robot I was promised these cool drinks he went to the staff member who gave me this info and came back to me and said he explained to her the rules. Still this does resolve my issue. On my slip says 5 bottle of water which they charged for capturing reasons I then said give them to me and educated him that these bottle of waters cost more from that machine the cool drink come out of and his at a bigger loss. The manager Romeo has no sense of emphathy nor thrive for service excellence. If this is the training they receive it's low class. I feel poorly for how he leads his staff. A manager is suppose to be ready and solution driven. ROMEO AT MCDONALD'S WESTGATE MALL IS A LIABILITY. Do him and customers a favor and send him for training.
