Macdonald the zone appalling service

Macdonald's the zone Rosebank .

It is very unfortunate that it has had to boil down to this but I feel I have exhausted all avenues of trying to make Macdonald's the zone understand that their service is very appalling to say the least .

From management to the stuff , no one is better .

I can confidently say that I have never gone to Macdonald's the zone Rosebank and reserved good service .

A very recent occurrence , I order a foldover regular meal and waited 20 minutes and when I asked why the food was taking so long I was advised they did not have foldover patties but no one bothered to apologise and communicate with me that they had run out of patties .

Thursday 18/03 . I order a spicy Cajun medium meal and waited for more than 15 minutes. When I asked for the manager , I asked her how long it takes for an order to be ready and she said 2 minutes but I had been waiting for 15 minutes .

I could honestly go on about my experience with Macdonald's The Zone .

They have very poor customer service and do not seem bothered at all .
