I redeemed my points and Gcina Jack refused to take my order and i lost all my point because of him being selfish and he never said sorry or what so ever and he never greated and was rude and gave us the slip without even talking to us , i was disappointed with the level of service i received from him, now I don't have points i lost everything on my app and couldn't get the food,
