MACDONALD'S WESTGATE WORSE SERVICE EVER

I visited the MacDonaldWestgate branch today for a lunch order,I got there more or less13.20pm placed my order withTLHOWE K CREW ID 136 who was rude I feel reason being I was talking too her giving my order and she kept on chatting too her fellow college .I placed a order of 2mediumJelapenoDouble and asked too swap the cold drink with 2 Watermelon .After that order I wanted too order one more.But couldn't reason being there was not sufficient change yet again she ignored me and asked her supervisor for change .And asked me only then I should wait for change . After that I order another medium Jelapeno Double and asked too swap the cold drink withGreenApple.And waited too get my change. I got my order finaly but was short with the one extra order I requested .I freaked out and asked too speak too the manager .Who not once apologised.Even after I told her its fine I will log this on helo peter she said I should.This is seriously bad service.My food was also cold especially my chip reason being I had too for the extra order which was order twice now.This will be my last visit too Macdonald Westgate if this is acceptable service for MacDonald's
