Macdonald's bad service

<p>On the 11th of June I visited Macdonald's drive thru... I placed my order and received it only to realize that there were items missing... I called the store and spoke to imbali the manager who promised to call me back in a little while however she never called. I think that's pathetic service especially since I was told that the matter would be resolved. </p>
