MacDonald refuse to take responsibility for accident caused by delivery driver

My experience with McDonald's Great North

I was involved in an accident with one of the franchisees delivery driver, on the 21st of April 2021.

On the day I was traveling on Great North Road from north to south, I was traveling at 70-75 km/h as I was get ready to cross over high Road as I crossed the line, I was already quarter way in to the road, the light turned orange. (As far as I was concerned I had right of way to continue to cross over) as I was crossing the driver tried to cut in front of me, turning in to oncoming traffic from Great North, traveling south to north turning into high Road. I saw him speed up, at this time I was trying to get the car(my car ) to a stop to avoid a collision, the driver saw me, and continue to speed up only as he got in front of me he stopped. This caused the vehicles to spin into the road.

As I got out to see if the driver of the other vehicle was okay, he got out of the car and seemed to be fine, only as the tow trucks and ambulance came he started to act all in pain and injured.

The manager of the branch arrived and refused for us to take pictures of the licence disc and damages to the other vehicle. He also denied our request for the dash cam footage. Spying ,"you can see the video in court."

Further more the next day I contacted the manager, a Vincent, he trying to convince me to say that I skipped a red robot. On to this he also refused to give me his insurance detail and a claim number, I had asked a claims manager contact them to get information. Head office as well as the branch itself is refusing to take my calls or any one who is trying to help me in this situation.

I am currently working as a rental agent and is currently unable to work, as I do not have the money necessary to repair my vehicle, I am losing income day by day.

Thea's people are unsure of wat conspired and is leving me out to dry, I am at the point to go to carte blanche and/or Crimewatch, Devi with this story I am even desperate enough to go to the newspaper with my story.

Thea's people are rude and unwilling to sort out the problem.

I have try profusely to settle the matter civilly but it seems that they are not willing.
