I am so disappointed with the service I got from Macdonald today. I went into the green-point outlet right by sea/point, I was trying to redeem a voucher from my app, She told me that the system to redeem is not working. And when I asked her how possible, she said she don’t know. I bought a meal, later on as I’m eating I saw a customer redeeming a voucher. I was shook. I don’t know if this was a race issue. Cos the customer with a different race was helped.
