MacDonald poor customer service.

I went to MacDonald In Mutsindo mall. With my meal I ordered a Drink and asked for a straw and I was I was that with sit in Meals do not come with drinks. I let that that pass. whilst eating one of the ladies working at MacDonald passed by my table and spilled my drink. I asked to see the manager they told me that they cannot replace my drink and that I had to clean when mess.

I would like MacDonald to explain to me that is this their way of treating customer. .
