Macdonald Parklands

Macdonald Parklands seems to never have chocolate sauce for their ice-cream cone dip. I placed my order via the self service machine and set waiting only to be told 10 min later that they don't have it. Why does the self service machine not indicate when a product is out of stock. You sit there wasting your time.
