MacDonald lost a loyal customer today.

If the branch could get zero stars that's what I would have give MacDonald Mayville Mall worst service ever and being a loyal customer for years and visiting this branch every month will not be seeing me again and I'll go to Facebook and all sosiale media to complain staff was rude and drive thru was quied waited 30min was not even 10pm yet the guy came to me and told me to go wait in the que used foul language in his language and had a stick attitude after telling him the drive true que is long what's going on he slam the door in my face and locked it after being treated like that infront of my family MacDonald will never se me again ill take my business elsewhere from now on and everybody will know about the poor services and how they treat customers you lost a loyal and good customer thanks to your Mayville branch good buy MacDonald and I am not the only one cause there was other customers also wanted to complain cause the machine did not even work to place a order the staff was rude and could not even say we apologise for the inconvenience easier to just slam the door in a customer's face very angry my kids could not get there happy meals I work 12hr shifts tired and wanted to get something quick KFC now for them I would recommend staff is friendly and treated me well so I'll be visiting them from now on.
