MacDonald franchise at the corner of Lilian Ngoyi and Pretorius in Pretoria CBD used to be so great, but now, the service has deteriorated so bad. I nearly slipped on a wet floor that was left unattended for over 30 min, and it was not even busy. We ordered tea with milk, but they only brought hot water with a five roses tea bag. They only brought one serviette/ tissue despite the fact that we had made two orders. I don't know if we were supposed to share it or what.
