Macdonald food store Montague Gardens

This is the most worst day of my life ever experienced. Today 05 March 2021 I have ordered 4 burger meals and it was ordered on the Macdonald's App with Scoot. Made arrangements on app for the driver to give the order at the store. His name is John Mangwa Munambira. He told me that he was waiting for me to pick up order but it was not even 5 minutes then he left and the SMS says that they wait for 10 minutes before they leave. I ordered him to leave my order at the store which he didn't do when I got to store the Manager told me he has nothing to do with deliveries but the thing is this I ordered on Macdonald's app. So then I went again to the Montague Gardens store Macdonald's then the manager told me they throw away the food after 10 freaken minutes, never mind if I was stuck in traffic . I then called the driver John he then said he gave the food to a homeless person while sipping on probably my cooldrink in my ear. So now I want to know who is gonna give back my money or my order seeing that they are throwing away food... Disregard they many people starving of hunger.
