Macdonald dobsonville is a waste of time

I waited 20 minutes for ice cream at Macdonalds soweto, Dobsonville branch. After asking what's taking so long with my order they tell me that the ice cream melted. They had to refund me. I waited 20 minutes for nothing. Why didn't they tell me when I ordered 😒 imagine waiting 20 minutes for nothing. They have a horrible customer service
