Macdonald delivery bad service

I have ordered Macdonald and they delayed my order for an hour worst part i had to call them to check the order they all advised that its in transit no one called me back and my order was supposed to be dilivered by Macdonald in Cnr. Rissik & Marshall Street, Johannesburg CBD, 2107, the delivery time was 19:55 I called them at 20:00 and they told me my order was in transit I waited for 30 minutes no one called me back and I called again and spoke to Philile who works at that Macdonald on ********** 892 she said I should hold she is checking and she dropped my call at 21:00 she called me and asked if I still need my order without even apologizing... This is really bad service. I used to order on their app but I will never order again.
