I went to the above mentioned branch ordered two Mac D meals.The order came & i realized that one drink was missing,I went to check with the cashier,so she went to confirm with the lady at the kitchen on how the order was packed. As I was standing listening to her response,she was so rude, saying" they are now full & now coming to complain & their stomachs are already full. I was so offered as she was shouting telling myself & my husband to go ahead & report her, must tell their head office that her name is Nontlantla.she was shouting back & fourth even when the supervisor incharge was asking to keep quiet she continued insulting us.

Have been a Macdonald customer for many years first time ever I experienced such a terrible service & will never ever set my foot in Macdonald Cradlestone.
