Macdonald complain

Hellopeter ,my problem is I bought meal breakfast at Macdonald in parliament street(stalplein) on the 25 July ,I ate burger when was busy eating chips feel something like stone on my mouth cough out find out my front teeth chip and bottom one have a Crack they took sample till today no answer,I went to the dentist to fix my tooth and paid sent slips at Macdonald no response no refund ,just no answer ,all I want answers what it was and my refund
