MacDonald bad service- atrocious service- NO SERVICE

Somerset West Mall branch. Terrible and unfriendly service. No help or assistance. Waited almost 10 minutes eventually left.

They brag about their new app. I've downloaded and ALL there welcome (advertised and promised) deals doesn't work is not forthcoming. Visited this same beach twice to help. NO JOY.

Complained via the app that was 3 weeks ago. They responded to say its a technical glitch. But no resolution or response and the technical glitch still in place almost 1 MONTH LATER. Im uninstall ing. The app is not worth the data.

Normally would have recommended this branch but now wouldn't. Suggest you don't bother with the app. Cos one of the times I "visited" I was told I'm not the only one complaining.

If u thinking of going there. Don't. Waterstone down road much better service.

If u thinking of downloading the app. Don't its waste of time with empty promises.
