Vaal mall hase serious issues. Hate going there!! Today, I redeem by points on the app and order to collect at the drive thru window. At the speaker I said I order online, and moved to the window, she confirmed my order and started laughing saying It could not be processed and it will later on be credited my points that I used, shocked, as no error was given on the app. She said they have issues and can't help... just assuming I would accept it and drive off!!! I insisted that the manger assist, she said she was the manager, asking where her name tag is, she just looked at me.... exactly the same issue I reported a few months back!! They are avoiding taking responsibility and make sure the issues is resolved or maybe just telling customers these stories to take the products themself.

I get points for buying at MacDondalds and is allowed to use it, the keep letting one feel that it is something you are not paying for!! This attitude must stop and the customer must be helped without issues.

When I said I wanted to take a photo of there name tags they refused, the manager running away when I wanted to take a photo as Head officed last time asked who helped me, and was unable to tell them and made the issue resolved.

Please train these staff and make sure they wear name tags!

Eventually the floor manager said just go to the next window and gave my order....if they had issues how do they even know what I orderd?? Very fishy things hapening there.

The name that the manager gave was Ragel... cant confirm if it actually as no name tags...
