Mac Donalds , Somerset West , Waterstone Village ,

I stay close to the Mac Donald's Somerset West Waterstone Village and we went there 4 time now since Mac Donalds started to do busness in the Watersone Village mall centre. All the times we experinced very bad service. When you arrive there the staff is absent . No one at the counter? So you had to shout to get someone to come and help you. Then they cannot understand you and you have to repeat your order over and over. Then still get the wrong food. Coffee is cold. No cups for the tomatosauce in the holder, which is just bad management. I do not want Mac Donald to phone me. I do not want freebeeze . I want Mac Donalds top management to do an investigation into the Waterstone Village branch for poor management and staff members. I will not go there again and I am sure if I look on the internet and see the complaints about that store that you soon will have to close doors.
