Mac Donalds Old Paarl RD (THE WORSE)

<p>I LOVE MDC - My boss always ak if I have shares in MCD but due to the TErrible Service at the Branch in Old Paarl rad in Brackenfell I am done with MCD.</p> <p> </p> <p>This Branch ALWAYS messes up the order. The list is so long</p> <p>Coffee will be cold or something missing or always a long wait its just terrible.</p> <p> </p> <p>One day I bought a Happy meal, my daughter opened the box as we drove off only to discover there</p> <p>was no burger only chips at this point I was sick and tired of all the mistakes a laid a complaint with customer service with the hope things would change because maybe I am bad luck but we never had a good experinec there yet we go beacuse its the closest.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got Feedback from them after I laid the complaint , the manager called to apologies and offered a free happy meal for my daughter I explained its ok becuase I lost the slip and he insisted no its fine I must come anyway. So I went after work, used the drive through and the manager told me to Park my car he will bring out the Happy meal, 5 Minutes Later he comes out to say sorry but he realise now he needs the slip before he gives me the free meal (oh my word I was so ****ed off)</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not go back until last night - My husband wanted a mid night snack I said lets try MCD, perhaps they improved. OMW do you know how long we waited - it was Pathetic , so Pathetic that the Lady behind us parked and went into them to complain about how long she is waiting, at 11pm in the Ice cold with Children in the Car</p> <p> </p> <p>And Staff - not Friendly at ALL!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>PATHETIC!!!!!</p>
