Mac Donald's Linton Grange very poor service and charged me for items I didn't recieve

Tonight I went to Mac Donald's Linton Grange and we waited a whole hour in the drive through que there after they made us wait another 20 minutes to recieve food we had to hoot up twice for them to actually bring the food and actually take not that we were outside waiting to top. It all off they charged us for the extra sauce we asked for and never packed it in what a disgrace of service received from this Mac Donald's. Very pathetic. I would have still been standing waiting there if we didn't hoot. To get our food and to charge people and not give the sauce is horrific.
