mac donalds jabulani mall worst birthday

Had the worst experience at mac donalds jabulani mall,had booked for a my childs birthday party kaye said the prices had gone up all was well i paid 485 as deposit and she said she will of off on the day but we shall be taken care off. When we got there day we were 15 mins late but did call to inform we will be late....i paid the balance and 300 but minutes later they came and said meals have gone up again so i will have to pay an extra 50 and they said its not their problem i paid the 50 and expected the services. The other lady came and just dumped the cake and food and felt noone came to sing or to check on us and when i spoke to kate when i booked she said its 1 hr 30 mins but on the day of the party the lady said it is 1 hour. After an hour we were told our time was up and the kids will have to eat at home and she literally started sweeping the area. When i booked i knew the was no play area but they could have given us a table which is far from customers but we were given a table in the middle we were supposed to move for customers. We just didnt enjoy my daughters party as i was assured it was the worst and it was my daughters 1 year birthday it was supposed to be speacial
