MAC DONALD'S GALLERIA MALL TAKES 20 MIN'S TO MAKE 1 LARGE FRIES

I ordered 1 large fries from Mc Donalds @ Galleria Mall in Amanzimtoti. It took me 20min for me to get my fries. I went to collect something from Panarottis and I got back to collect my chips after 10min. I continued to wait and it went onto 20min waiting for 1 large fries, I go up to them and they tell me its ready so I ask them well why isn't my number up on the collection TV then and the cashier that assisted me mentions she knew my face that's why she didn't add my number to the collection screen, BUT she looked at me and we even smiled at each other when I got back from Panarottis. I asked for the manager and I tell her how pathetic it is and she just looks at me.
