Mac Donalds Diepkloof Square- BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Mac Donalds Diepkloof Square has to be the worst take away place i have ever been too. 1) The drive way cashers are so impatient and have no smile in their voices. 2). There is always a story when it comes to Katchup and if not that they don't have ice cream.

Today I went through their driveway once again, I asked for a foldover burger and they Don't have. So I asked for a chicken burger, which I got. Driving home I decided to have my chicken burger, to my super the patty was so crunchy that you could taste it was burnt. I was dry with a pinch of mayonnaise and no tomato.

This customer service is bad at Mac Donalds Diepkloof Square is probably classified as a privilege rather than a right according to them.
