Mac Donald's @Jean Avenue very disgusting ?

I ordered a normal burger from Macdonalds, Centurion, South Africa on Jean Avenue through UberEats which took over an hour and when it arrived the lettuce and tomato was not even on the burger neither was the sauce. Pieces of the cheese and onion was on the burger. I really want a refund I immediately lost my appetite when I saw the food
