Mac donald Durban gateway mall

Firstly when I placed my order and when I received my order my drinks had no lid on it I asked for 2 lids which I had to wait 10mins for. Secondly my burger looked pathetic there was only 1 patty in my big Mac burger and there was no sauce in the burger it was made any how I lost appetite in eating the burger.
