Mac Delivery The ****

I placed an order and used Mac delivery for the first time ever. the delivery person failed to deliver my order and when I called back to Macdonalds I was told they will lodge a refund request that will take 7 days to be paid back to me. This happened on the 23 September it is now the 17 of October they haven't returned my money. I have called endlessly and spoken to many people including a manager names Tebogo they are all useless and have excuses about returning my money to me. The manager says he will phone me back and he doesn't phone me back, he aked me to send my bank statement to confirm I paid for the orer which I did. Its just story after story. These people are ******** please never use them. They will give you the worst grief, I still dont have my money back.
