Mac D Potchefstroom HORRINLE SERVICE

Would someone for the love of Mc D, do something about the horrible service at this establishment.

On the 30th of September 2022 at around 21:00 me and my family of two on our way to Klerksdorp made a stop to order food via the drive thru, which should not take anything more than 20min but we ended up being on queue for more than an hour. There was no one at the drive thru entrance directing and informing clients that the intercom was not working so it was just a mess and you end up being lock in and can’t opt out.

When we get to the ordering window, we were met by a trainee who did not know her way around the system because she added drink flavours which we did not order and to top it off, she made it four (x4) drink but were three. We then I had to pay for this incorrect order after waiting 5min for someone to authorise the cancellation but no one came to assist.

What is more shocking about this whole experience is that even after I requested to speak to the supervisor or manager she did not even take my concerns seriously, even after asking other people standing in the same que who long they had been waiting for. Instead I had to get into an argument with the kitchen staff this poor service and the manager was just standing there and saying nothing.

By far the most rude and “I don’t care” attire I have received. Even my 8year old son says that bad and we should never ever to go any McDonald’s in the North West.
