My friend and I went to Mac Donald's cavendish over our lunch during work. We complained about the slow service as there were a few people in the que. We asked the gentleman "Mr Nelani" as per his name tag what what was going on with our order and why it was taking so long. The gentleman just looked at us as if he could not hear us. We repeatedly asked him why he did not answer us. My friend spoke to him told him that we also work in the customer service field and that a simple assurance that our order was on its way would make a difference. I was deeply offended by his ignorance, I felt disrepected and devalued. It offended me because I felt that I was being racially descriminated. I strong believe that if it was a white person that he had dealt with a different approach would have been used as I have witnessed it before. This escalated as we were now exchanging words at his manager's presence. As the forefront of Mac D this is no way to believe surely Mac D expects their employees to treat their customers with dignity and equality. We ignored him took our food and sat down. Our drinks were wrong so I stood up to have them changed. When I got to the till he said "these stupid girls think that they are better then us". I rep**** and said I am better as I now felt violeted as a customer. I could not believe the nerve this guy had to say that. His female colleague was cherping with him whom I thought was dressed inapproate. I
