Lying, stinking ******

They have this **** whereby they give you a scratch card when you upsize. I got my card. punched it in -- and was told that my prize voucher would be sms'd to me. That never happened. So I emailed them -- was told they would reply in 48 hours. Today they tell me that I have re-enter the code. OBVIOUSLY this doesnt work because the code has been entered already!!! What a bunch of stinking ******!!!
