Lukewarm drinks and disfunctional play area

McDonald's doesn't respect Soweto consumers, no matter how many reviews we write on Twitter.

1st. They don't offer hot chocolate . Then when I take an alternative they offer it lukewarm because they were lazy to check if it was take home.

The gentlemen who takes slips at the table left them behind because he knew it's not hot anymore.

The lady who brings the cappuccino offered no apologies instead with a long face told me to never order it for kids . I told her if u saw the receipt ud see I was with kids . U can offer me an alternative again ,because she's lazy she brings me water for the kids?

Then , The play area is packed with boxes my kids couldn't play it's SCHOOL HOLIDAYS?

We spent an hour and still no box was moved. Pathetic experience!!!

Never open doors and offer beverages that u know u can't make it's HOT DRINKS not ALMOST HOT!!!

BE SENSITIVE TO SINGLE MOTHERS instead of imposing your concerns unsolicited. Shame on you Jabulani mall staff. I sent Twitter pics of receipt. Photo of boxes and my kids drinking lukewarm beverages.
