Loyalty rewards program problems!!

On 3 occasions we bought mcdonald's, twice at canal walk 23 & 25/12 and one at tygervally mall 28/13 , I scanned my app ordered my food but my points was not updated!! I constantly checked and it shows 0 points earned on all 3 days, next to all my other orders it shows how much i earned. Can someone rectify this and allocate my points ASAP
