Lousy excuse & ****ty service

It is very disappointing to write this heartbreaking review as I am a huge fan of McDonald's.

My colleague has been trying to calling the McDonald's in Blue Valley from 7 bare in mind we have not had anything to eat as yet however this branch is a 24 hour but the drivers are not in as yet what a typical excuse for such a big organisation so disappointing & disgusting !!!

She calls in again whereas she gets told that they will only be able to deliver at 11:30 whereas we've been waiting since 7
