Longest wait for drive through and still no help

Yesterday i went to mac donalds drive through. I waited around 45 min to get to the intercom. Once i got to the intercom the person on the other side was reluctant to assist me. I waited at the intercom for about 20min without any service. The cars behind me were getting frustrated with me even though i hadnt ordered yet. I eventually left because i was going to be late for work and feared if i skipped the intercom i wouldve not been helped.<br> <br> So all together i waited close to an hour for nothing.
