Longest wait ever sucking service
<p>I don't even know where to start....</p> <p>I was feeling very disgruntle earlier this evening as I felt LANDSDOWNE MACDONALDS service was plain pathetic and disrespectful!!!</p> <p>I entered the to a semi long line 3 people in two rows but unaware that there was a long line of awaiting customers for their food.....so after 10min I came to the realisation that the pile up on the left was the waiting line....in the mean time I have now been waiting for a while and at this time only 1 customer was serviced in the line in, please note i now have also realised that the 2 ladies on the till are also getting the orders to which I was very upset as this must be very draining and time consuming for them my thoughts on the matter was short staff ok so now I'm waiting 20mins....still waiting....</p> <p>In this time a small boy about 5 comes to the "waiting line" and say "mommy I'm hungry...."the mother then says we still waiting,clearly from before I arrived it is now my turn eventually.....but yet I'm just standing there I'm not asked my order,I'm not informed about the slow service and waiting period so now i wait aaaagain.....</p> <p>It's now going for 35mins so now after getting 3 fpr the waiying line and hoing back and forth to the kitchenshe comes to me and says "what's your order"so I asked nicley "sorry nana what's up with the service....." not able to finish my sentence she now calls out something in xhosa and then walks away from me while I'm speaking to her to which I raise my voice and ask her how can she be so rude and walk away.....can I please see the manager she then randomly says "sizwe!!!" she is now in the kitchen again has yet to take my orderand the lines have now grown so much at this time it ia pass 9...</p> <p>After a while the lady returns and I asked her "are you ready to take my order?" she again just looks at me and says "order.....please" note Sizwe has still not appeared.</p> <p>Also not the order can not be processed as Sizwe has to approved the coupons we using and now we have two tills standing at a stand still because the other order is also coupon order....we are now waiting on SIZWE.</p> <p>Sizwe finally emerges and now he goes to the first till doesn't greet doesn't say sorry for the delay.....nothing....</p> <p>He now approaches the till I'm at and a guy who was before me comes and says "sorry I'm still waiting for my 4 big Macs...can you please just give my food" Mr Manger Sizwe's answer is "give the man his burgers" again no customer care or courtersy towards the cuatomer.....</p> <p>Now I wait....and I ask Sizwe "Sizwe can you please tell me why the service is so slow" to which he answers "short staff and im in the kitchen" showing me his hands i then ask him "why he then doesn't inform the waiting people as that is the responsibility of the manager or the person dealing with customers. He just punched in what he had to for my order to go through and walked away.....</p> <p>Now my question is first of all if the manager has an attitude like that what type of enterprise is being runned,and if you can disrespect the customer which you there for to serve why have you app**** for a work knowly you are *********** and unable to work with people cause you clearly don't have peoples s****s.other question is why is it that in certain areas management seems to neglect the customer service as by this McDonald's we have people coming from surrounding areas like Hanover Park; Lansdowne; Wetton and Ottery if this was in a different area the service would be in par. We ned to speak up because this is a service tended and these eateries think they doing us a favour to provide us with a service it is there JOB and it is our right to be treated with respect so to Sizwe I hope that you are sent on a diversity course and peoples management s****s course cause you lack the qualities of a manager seeing that you so easily embrass your staff and let them take the heat for you.</p> <p>The service is pathic and I would recommend no one to go there unless you willing to leave a hour after you enter the place.</p> <p>Respect goes along way.</p>
