Long waiting period in Kempton Park

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at McDonald’s in Kempton Park. I had to wait for so long to receive my order, it was around 11 or 12 and I had to go collect it at the counter. I wanted to eat in but since they took so long my lunch hour even ended while I was there. Even after going to the counter I had to wait and wait so that I can be assisted, it seemed like nobody cares that we’re standing there because there was a bunch of people wanting to collect, and by the look of it, my order was ignored. This is not the service I receive in other McDonald’s branches/ restaurants. It’s so frustrating and pathetic especially since it’s in the CBD of Kempton Park, I expect them to be hands on but they disappointed me. Please do something about this and try to improve your service.
