Long wait for price

On the 26th of January ilI went to McDonald's in Claremont, in the main road. I wanted to buy a meal for me and my partner, but instead we decided to get mcflurry's..... We asked the cashier (a guy with no name tag) the price of the caramel mcflurry's as it was not displayed on the menu behind the cashier on the screens. We already stood almost 10 minutes in the line (just 2 people in the line), as we asked him the prices, he decided to have a conversation with his colleagues in their language... Which I don't understand...... Then we stood there for another 5 minutes just to get prices...... We ended up leaving because it can't possibly take a total of 15 minutes to get the price of something?!
