Locked in the bathroom at Diepkloof Square

<p>My 6 year old daughter was pressed so i rushed her to a Mcdonald's in Diepkloof Square only to be locked by one of the cleaners because I didnt order the food before i could use the bathroom. The cleaner even laughed and told me the key to unlock was lost and why didnt i order food before i used the bathroom. i felt humiliated, scared, angry and embarrased as there were customers enjoying thier meal as i was screaming for the door to be opened. I was told its their policy to first order the food before using the bathroon as some customers just use the bathroom and dont buy anything, but how could they have known i wasnt going to buy anything? email address: **********
