Lies and delays about the order

We called the Springs Mall restaurant at 14:15 on 26 November 2020 to place an order to be delivered within the mall which was successful. We waited for the order for more than an hour to reach us and we decided to call again to find out what is happening with the order they tell us that the order is on the way. Peggie Mkhomanzi and Thando Mthembu from Springs Mall McDonald's call us again and tell us that they are only preparing one of the orders on at 15:18. In addition they hang up the calls we make to complain and continue to lie about the order. Very bad service from this restaurant!!!!
