Left hungry by McDonald's

I ordered a take away meal from the McDonald app and the delivery guy was so rude . He literally shouted at me for not including my company name although My contact details where written on the slip . He also shouted at me for not having enough change and demanded that I use my debit card "If I had" one . So after waiting an hour for the the meal I ddnt have my meal . Thanks McDonald for the amazing staff compliment.
