Lazy staff at Mc Donald’s bluff Durban

Sunday afternoon around 2 pm I went to Mc Donald’s at the bluff in Durban drive thru- ordered veg burgers and a kiddies meal. As we always check our food we opened our burgers and it had no lettuce no tomato only sauce just thrown on it it was messy and only one had lettuce only I do have pictures but can’t upload. I request to be dealt with as I left a review before and no response
