Lazy employee with attitude

I eat at McDonald's everyday, I know the menu like I know myself. I went in today at around 14:20 to join a friend whom had already ordered their meal. Having ha issues with my app in the morning I decided to go the till an place and order there since I'd be using cash for payment. One of the ladies saw me standing at the till point and told a lady sitting behind me, that there is a customer at the till. Her reply was, "why don't they using the touch" as she continued to sit. The lady had to tell her 2 times and she stood up when is was well and ready. When I asked her if she was unhappy to assist me, she looked at me and with the most sicken of attitude reply "I wasn't talking to you" I informed her that I know she wasn't talking to me however is that taking about me. A lady who was said to be the manager came up after I asked to speak to one, is asked the ladies to apologize, Nombuso the cashier, rolled her eyes as she tried apologizing which I stop her and walked out. I am highly disappointed at the poor service at McDonald's Ballito Junction. An apology is not enough, I refuse to step foot into any McDonald's as long as I eat.
