Latte not hot enough

The service at McDonald's Hamilton is not giving I'm loving it vibes...I ordered a Caffe latte and I asked for it to be extra Hot as I was freezing because of the weather conditions...the service Champion who helped me was very friendly Nad Big ups to Charmaine she really loves what she is doing..Now wen my latte comes I feel the temperature and I open it to put in the sugar and it's cold...I asked the Barista who prepared it (didn't get her name)to make it a Lil more hotter...in front of everyone she shouted at me and said it's not her problem and the latte was extra hot..then another customer came in to complain about her coffee too and she was screaming saying she didn't make it...the whole place could hear screaming saying she won't do it..I left and it left a bitter taste in my mouth...Never again...plz train her again so that she knows the values of McDonald's
