Later delivery again

I ordered mc donalds again after i had countless previous bad experiences with them, they called and apologized, than again today they do the exact same thing with the exact same excuse they use all the time, it is like they do not learn from there mistakes and keep on repeating them, i placed an order at 7:38 the dude rocks up with the delivery at 8:50 which is over an hour late no apologies nothing, so i refused to accept the food. It is pathetic that they do not call or anything to say we busy or short staffed so there will be extra wait time with the delivery which will be understandable, they gave the delivery time latest 8:25 which they clearly cannot stick to.I would advise people to not use there services as they do not care for the consumers, they will loose a lot of clients because a lot of people from my company order from them and i will inform them not to.
