Lateness and order shortage

I have never felt so much frustration, I pre ordered at McDonald's Albermale on the 12th September 2024, 22 Happy Meals and specifically asked before what time they opened and if we will get the orders in time. They agreed we asked that meals will be collected at 08:30 AM since we have a trip to the zoo (Pretoria zoo) so we really needed to leave early. We got there at 08:25 but our orders only got prepared when we arrived we only got out orders at 09:20 this really made me angry but I got an apology fair enough! As if that was not enough our learners toys were short, instead of 22 toys we recieved 18 toys, I know was supposed to check but time was an issue was frustrated cos of their lateness and you van not believe the frustration I had not knowing how to tell other kids they have no toys, which kid do I not give? This really made me angry and was really disappointed.
