Late McDelivery and poor service

At approximately 17:10 I ordered a meal using the McDelivery app. The app estimated that I would receive my meal at 17:50 latest.

At 18:18 I called their customer service line. The first agent placed me on hold and left me there. The second agent said that I would receive a call from the McDonalds franchise that the delivery was coming from.

I asked the manager to cancel my order. At 18:45 the driver still arrived with the order, saying that he was late because he was the only one working on deliveries. This is unacceptable. I should not have to wait an hour for my FAST food to arrive.

The food arrived cold and tasted horrible. I will not be using your app to order my food. Very disappointed in your service.
