Late delivery, wrong order

On 01/02/2019 around 12pm, I ordered 3 meals for delivery via the delivery number, and this branch being the closes to where I work, that's where my order was prepared there. I ordered a big mac & 2 mcfeast Deluxxe meals (naturally, it had to be beef. I did not specifically state), and was told the food would be delivered in 45 minutes. After 1pm the food had not arrived, and I called to cancel my order & was told the food was on it's way I should wait another 10 minutes. The food only arrived around 1:45pm, and the one of the Mcfeast deluxxes was chicken. The food was almost 2 hours late, and one of the burgers was not what I had ordered. That is not good customer service!
