Late delivery and not answering the phone

I am a regular at Mc Donalds and I love the food but I am now at a point of never supporting them again. You can check from my account that I am a regular and order something on a weekly basis. For the past few deliveries they have been late at tonight is nothing different. After trying to phone the number on google I phone the delivery service and waited 6 minutes on hold only to get nothing back for their side and eventually ended my call. The landline says line busy and I still havent recieved anything back from either the cbd offices or the delivery service.
